Easy Baked Salmon
Description: A cilantro lime flavored baked salmon that fits paleo, keto, gluten free, and real food diets.

Baked salmon takes just a few ingredients!
-salmon (obviously) – I prefer mine boneless but you can do what you like. I have found wild alaskan salmon filets at Aldi at a reasonable price. Look in their frozen section for that. (Not sponsored, just a PSA)
-Olive oil
-cilantro
-lime
-salt and pepper
-garlic
-jalapeño (My recipe calls for a tiny bit because I’m a wimp. But you do you!)

It’s super simple and takes so little time!
You are pretty much just seasoning your filets, throwing everything else in the blender to make a sauce, and then baking the salmon with the sauce on top.

It goes super well on this lemon couscous!
