Sweet Mustard Chicken
This uses regular pantry ingredients to make a fabulous chicken that is a family favorite! It works well either baked or in the crockpot and works as a freezer meal too!

To Bake:
  1. Preheat oven to 375°.
  2. Mix everything but the chicken in a medium bowl.
  3. Place the chicken in a casserole dish. Pour the sauce over the chicken. Bake for an hour, turning the chicken over half way through. When it’s done, you can use the extra marinade as a sauce since it cooked along with the chicken.
To Crockpot:
  1. Place the chicken in the crockpot.
  2. Mix the other ingredients in a medium bowl and then pour it over the chicken.
  3. Cook on low 3-4 hours or high 6-8. You can serve this with the remaining sauce spooned over the top since it cooked along with the chicken.
To Make a Freezer Meal
  1. Mix the sauce ingredient as directed above. Place the chicken in a gallon freezer bag or container of your choice. Pour the sauce over the chicken. Seal and label the bag, squeezing out any air. Freeze.
  2. To make the freezer meal, thaw the chicken and then bake according to the oven or crock pot directions above.
