  1. Place oats and water in an electric pressure cooker and set to cook for 5 minutes. Let it come down from pressure naturally. Meanwhile, supreme and cut out orange segments and chop.
  2. When the oatmeal is done, gently stir in the remaining ingredients. Taste and adjust sweetness or add salt if desired. If serving bar style with other options, just add the syrup and cayenne to the oatmeal and mix. Serve with the other options separate.
