olive oil

walnut halves or pieces

teaspoon
dried thyme
1/2
teaspoon
dried Herbes de Provence

teaspoon
salt
Instructions
Heat oil in a skillet over medium. Add the walnuts and the remaining ingredients. Stir and toast until nutty smelling. Careful not to burn.
Let them cool on a paper towel to absorb excess oil.
