Ingredients

pounds
salmon filets
or 4 small filets
4
Tablespoons
extra virgin olive oil
1/2
bunch
cilantro
1
whole
lime
you need the zest and juice
1
teaspoon
jalapeno
finely chopped
1
Tablespoon
minced garlic
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Salt and pepper both sides of the salmon liberally.
Puree all the ingredients except for the salmon in a blender or food processor.
Slather the puree over the fish.
Bake in a casserole dish for 10-15 minutes, until done (I cook until it flakes with a fork.
