Boosted Cheddar Bacon Jalapeño Poppers
We’re adding a boost of flavor to these already delicious cheddar bacon jalapeño poppers! But we’re not adding a lot of steps or ingredients.

  1. Preheat oven to 400°.
  2. After cutting the peppers and scooping out the seeds, mix the cream cheese, shredded cheddar, and cheddar bacon seasoning together. I use a stand mixer but you can use anything.
  3. Scoop the cream cheese mixture into the pepper halves. I fill them in and flatten the filling even with the edges of the peppers.
  4. Wrap the bacon halves around each pepper. Sometimes the bacon stays in place right away. Sometimes you’ll need to secure it with a toothpick.
  5. Bake for 25-35 minutes. When the bacon has the doneness level you like, your poppers are done. If you want to freeze half, freeze them on a sheet pan, then place them in a freezer bag for storage. You don’t need to thaw them to bake but you’ll need to add extra time.
