  1. Peel, deseed, and chop the cucumbers into bite sized pieces. Put in bowl for serving or storage.
  2. In a small bowl, mix the remaining ingredients until well mixed.
  3. Pour the dressing over the cucumbers.
  4. Chill for 30 minutes up to 24 hours. Enjoy!
