Apple Hash Burritos With Leftover Turkey

  1. Warm the oil in a large skillet. Add the chopped potato and onion to the skillet with salt, pepper and thyme. Stir and cook until about halfway done. The smaller you cut your pieces the faster they’ll be done. Once they’re about half way done, add the chopped apple and finish cooking until the potatoes and onion are the tenderness level you like.
  2. Add the turkey and bbq sauce into the skillet and mix thoroughly. Add in the garlic and oregano and stir. Once everything is heated through, turn off the heat.
  3. Roll your burritos with some egg (if using), some cheese and hash mixture. Then toast them on both side in a skillet. Enjoy!
